Relevance of the topic. The idea of the project is to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the existing model of judicial protection of the social and labor rights of individuals. New approaches will be developed to address current issues of law enforcement, interpretation, and filling in gaps in substantive and procedural legislation governing the resolution of social and labor disputes. The research will include the search for the optimal structure of specialized social and labor justice.
